This 60-minute clinic is dedicated to refining one of the most technical strokes in swimming, breaststroke. Swimmers will learn how to move more efficiently through the water, connect timing and rhythm, and generate effortless power from every pull and kick.

Olympian Finlay Knox will lead the session, breaking down each phase of the stroke, from body position and line through the glide, to kick tempo, pullouts, and breakout control. The clinic will focus on how to find speed through precision and efficiency, helping each athlete feel more connected and confident in the water.
