CHINA TO CANADA: GLOBAL PERFORMANCE CLINIC

Bringing international training experience home.

This past August, SwimX coaches Finlay Knox and Justice Migneault travelled to China, where they had the opportunity to coach, train, and experience a different high-performance swimming environment firsthand.

Now, they’re bringing what they learned back to Canada.

On October 24 from 2:00–4:00 PM, Finlay and Justice will lead an exclusive two-hour China to Canada: Global Performance Clinic, designed around the biggest lessons, ideas, and takeaways they brought home from their experience in China.

Swimming is a global sport, and one of the most valuable opportunities for an athlete or coach is being exposed to different ways of approaching it. Different environments bring different perspectives on training, technique, skill development, and performance.
