From China to Canada: SwimX Performance Clinic

SWIMX GLOBAL PERFORMANCE CLINIC: CHINA EDITION

Bringing international training insights back home to our athletes.

This past August, SwimX coach Finlay Knox had the opportunity to travel to China, where he experienced a different high-performance swimming environment firsthand.

Now, he is bringing what he learned back to the SwimX community.

On October 25 from 3:00–5:00 PM, Finlay will host a special two-hour SwimX Global Performance Clinic: China Edition, built around the biggest lessons, ideas, and takeaways from his experience in China.

One of the most valuable parts of experiencing swimming internationally is being exposed to different ways of training, coaching, and approaching the sport. Every high-performance environment has its own methods, perspectives, and areas of emphasis, and experiencing those differences can introduce athletes and coaches to entirely new ways of thinking about swimming.
