Coaches will break down stroke mechanics, body position, and sighting integration, then guide you through drills and feedback to help you swim straighter, stronger, and more efficiently.

Unlike the pool, open water doesn't offer walls or lanes to guide you. Technique becomes the most valuable tool you have—helping you conserve energy, stay on course, and hold form when fatigue sets in.
