All swim cap sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on swim caps once they have been purchased.

If your cap arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. To process a replacement, we may request a photo of the issue.

All items are shipped through standard mail services. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking information. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to help.
