ELITE BREASTSTROKE MINI CLINIC

This 60-minute elite breaststroke clinic is designed for competitive swimmers who already have a strong technical foundation and are looking to refine the advanced details that drive speed, efficiency, and race performance.

Breaststroke is a stroke built on precision, timing, and control. This session will focus on elevating each swimmer’s technique through high-performance technical work that translates directly to racing.

Led by Justice Migneault, this clinic will target the key elements that separate strong breaststrokers from great ones:

• Catch engagement and generating forward pressure

• Timing and connection between pull, kick, and breath
