ELITE BUTTERFLY MINI CLINIC

This 60-minute elite butterfly clinic is designed for competitive swimmers who already have a strong technical foundation and are looking to refine the advanced details that drive speed, efficiency, and race performance.

Butterfly is a stroke built on rhythm, timing, and controlled power. This session will focus on elevating each swimmer’s technique through high-performance technical work that translates directly to racing.

Led by Finlay Knox, this clinic will target the key elements that separate strong butterfly swimmers from great ones:

• Catch connection and generating forward momentum

• Timing and synchronization of the stroke cycle
