ELITE BREASTSTROKE MINI CLINIC WITH FINLAY KNOX

This 60 minute elite breaststroke clinic is designed for competitive swimmers who already have a strong technical base and want to sharpen the advanced details that drive speed, efficiency, and race performance. Breaststroke requires precision, timing, and control, and this session focuses on elevating each swimmer’s technique at a high performance level.

Led by Olympian Finlay Knox, this clinic will target the critical elements that separate strong breaststrokers from great ones:
