FREESTYLE MINI CLINIC

This 60-minute elite freestyle clinic is designed for competitive swimmers who already have a strong technical foundation and are looking to refine the advanced details that drive speed, efficiency, and race performance.

Freestyle is a stroke built on efficiency, connection, and sustained power. This session will focus on elevating each swimmer’s technique through high-performance technical work that translates directly to racing.

Led by Finlay Knox, with assistance from Alycia Weber, this clinic will target the key elements that separate strong freestylers from great ones:

• Catch engagement and generating forward propulsion

• Timing and connection between stroke and kick
