At SwimX, we teach more than just technique, we teach swimmers how to push past limits, build resilience, and compete with purpose. True racing success comes when physical skills are matched with mental toughness, and that’s what this Boys-Only Mini Clinic is designed to deliver.

Olympians Blake Tierney and Cole Pratt will guide swimmers through a two-hour session focused on grit, mindset, and racing with confidence. The clinic begins with a 15–20 minute discussion, where athletes can ask questions about what it takes to perform under pressure, how to train with intent, and how to push through their comfort threshold when it matters most.
