Confidence in Racing – Girls Only with Olympians Emma & Kayla

At SwimX, we know that racing is about more than the perfect stroke. It’s about confidence, self-belief, and the ability to step up when it matters most. For young female athletes, having strong role models who have walked the path to the world stage can make all the difference.

In this Girls-Only Mini Clinic, Olympians Emma O’Croinin and Olympic medalist Kayla Sanchez will lead a unique experience that blends open conversation with in-water training. The session will begin with a 15–20 minute discussion, where swimmers can ask questions about confidence, nerves, balance, and the realities of being a female athlete in competitive sport. This open dialogue is designed to give young swimmers practical strategies and reassurance from two athletes who have lived it.
